You already know we can help prepare your dog for a baby, but maybe you’re past that phase already. There is always an adjustment period when families get a new dog. It doesn’t matter the dog’s age or where they came from – they need to learn their new role in your family. And in turn, the kids have to be taught how to interact with their new furry friend. Teaching dogs and kids how to interact together is something we love to do so your family enjoys your dog.

We’ve helped countless families teach their dogs how to play appropriately with the kids. Our trainers also gave the kids suggestions on how to interact with their dogs. We can adapt the training to any age child – and will only suggest things that are age appropriate or recommend things that can/need to be done with parent supervision. For example, older kids can help feed or walk your dog, while younger ones may just need help keeping the dog from nipping or jumping.
